Tom Brady had the wardrobe malfunction that you’ve probably had in your nightmares. On live TV during “The Match,” a charity golf event for COVID-19 relief, the Tampa Bay Buccaneers quarterback bent over to pick up an absolutely brilliant shot. And then his pants split.

That’s right: there was a camera looking right at his butt — right where the pants split. It brought some comedy to the moment which was otherwise glorious, because the shot was absolutely absurd. Peyton Manning had success razzing Brady before the match. Surely, there were some comments exchanged after this moment, too. The tear was so bad that Brady had to undergo a wardrobe change.

OK, so let’s give you the play-by-play. First, he nailed a nasty chip shot to get a birdie on the seventh hole.

Then, he went to pick up his ball, and the wardrobe malfunction occurred.

But Brady managed to amend the situation with a new pair of pants.

Even so, he couldn’t help but make fun of himself.

As mortifying as that might have been, Brady handled the embarrassment with grace. How? I have no idea.
