It didn’t feel like The Match: Champions for Charity needed any more bells and whistles with Tiger Woods and Phil Mickelson pairing up with Peyton Manning and Tom Brady on Sunday.
But there’s one addition to their matchup at Medalist Golf Club that’s actually pretty awesome: on the fifth hole, everyone is only allowed to play the entire time with one club.
This is a GREAT idea. Which club to they choose, knowing they have to putt with it? If it’s me, it’s a 7-iron because I’m most comfortable with it and feel like I can pitch with it when I get in close or get myself out of the sand (please note, I’m terrible at golf).
Tiger and Co. will play the entire fifth hole with only one club 😤

This is a thing we’ve seen before on viral videos and during events like 2019’s MGM Resorts The Challenge:
This should be GOOD.
