Just yesterday, Wisconsin was given a perfect NCAA academic progress rating for this season, and a multi-year score that ranked them second in the Big Ten conference behind only Northwestern.
Today, the official Wisconsin football Twitter page released rankings that combined the best public colleges and universities with the best public school football programs.
