Not many noticed, but Derek Carr actually had a pretty solid 2019 season. He improved on his completion percentage (70.4 percent), threw for the most yards of his career (4,054) and had a career-high passer rating of 100.8.
However, many believe Carr still needs to take a few steps forward as a passer in order to continue being the Raiders’ starting quarterback. With the additions of Henry Ruggs, Bryan Edwards and Jason Witten, the Raiders are hoping that can happen.
