After adding 10 players in the 2020 NFL Draft, the Denver Broncos are still missing long-term answers at left tackle and inside linebacker. Broncos general manager John Elway might address those positions in the 2021 NFL Draft.
In his latest way-too-early 2021 mock draft, Draft Wire’s Luke Easterling has the Broncos selecting Alabama linebacker Dylan Moses 11th overall in the first round (he used the latest Super Bowl odds to determine the draft order).
Moses (6-3, 235 pounds) totaled 86 tackles — including 10 tackles for losses — and 3.5 sacks as a sophomore in 2018. He also intercepted a pass, broke up one pass and forced two fumbles from 2017-2018.
Moses missed the 2019 season as he recovered from a knee injury.
Moses is the second linebacker selected in Easterling’s mock, behind Penn State star Micah Parsons (Detroit Lions, No. 8). Clemson QB Trevor Lawrence is selected by the Washington Redskins with the first overall pick. To view the complete first-round mock draft, click here.
