Former Los Angeles Rams great and Hall of Famer Eric Dickerson is not crazy about the Rams’ new helmet logo and said so Wednesday during a radio interview with AM 570 LA Sports.
Here’s a look at ’em so you can decide if you agree with Dickerson, who just so happens to be the Rams’ vice president of business development.

His comments may not be good for business in merch sales because if Dickerson is dissin’, how many Rams fans are gonna think the new look is California cool? Who knows but here’s what he said:
“The helmet and the logo, they both suck.”
OK then.
Dickerson, who holds the NFL record for most rushing yards in a season (2,105 in 1984 playing for the Rams, also said the horns on the helmet look like “two bananas” and that the changes make the team look “soft.”
“This is football. This ain’t nothing to do with surfing. This ain’t nothing to do with waves. This is football. This is a man’s sport,” Dickerson said in the interview. “And to me, it just looks soft. It don’t look like football. It don’t look hard.”
