For the 21-year-old Williams, mentorship has always been a big part of his life — his parents, grandfather, AAU basketball coach and high school basketball coach have all helped guide him. Now it was his turn to be there for others. “I really just loved mentorship as a whole,” Williams said. “I have seen guys around the league doing it.
