The Boston Celtics have always played some of their best basketball of the season when matching up with west coast rivals the Golden State Warriors, and it’s been true of Celtics fourth-year shooting guard Jaylen Brown as well.
The Cal-Berkeley product spent plenty of time in the San Francisco Bay area as an NCAA prospect, but has been nothing but ready to attack the pro team from his collegiate stomping ground since joining the Celtics in 2016.
With Boston holding a 4-4 record against the Dubs in Brown’s tenure with the Celtics over the course of Golden State being at or near the pinnacle of success for three of those four seasons, it’s clear Boston has done well against the Warriors in the Jaylen Brown era as well.
