The NBA world continues to be on hiatus, but there is some hope for a return as commissioner Adam Silver laid down the groundwork for the NBA to resume the 2019-20 season. In order to get back at playing at a high level, players need to get back in the gym and begin training their bodies for that grind again.
The league allowed teams to begin training facilities on May 8 in states that have loosened the stay at home orders due to the novel coronavirus. The Philadelphia 76ers are not necessarily in that position due to their facility being in New Jersey, but Joel Embiid does have permission to use the facility to continue rehabbing from his shoulder injury before the suspension.
It appears that he is taking full advantage of that as he posted a picture on his Instagram story of him trying to catch his breath from a quarantine workout.

Embiid has been questioned by Sixers fans about his conditioning, but it appears that he is taking this seriously in an effort to make sure he is ready whenever the season does resume. He has said in the past that he only cares about bringing a title to Philadelphia and his actions are backing up those words. [lawrence-related id=30746,30726,30715]
