While everyone is stuck in quarantine due to the novel coronavirus outbreak, current and former players have taken the time to establish some all-time NBA lists. Some have simply done their top players of all-time. Others have been a bit more detailed and done their all-time starting five.
Kevin Durant’s old teammate, Kendrick Perkins, has gone the extra mile and broken things down by position.
He shared his top-5 point guards of all time, which upset the masses when he left Golden State Warriors point guard Steph Curry off the list, leading Perkins to unveil his top-5 “hybrids” of all-time — the category he feels Curry falls under.
Then came the small forwards list. LeBron James was No. 1, then came Larry Bird. Those two were followed by Scottie Pippen, then Durant. Rounding out the list was Paul Pierce — the most controversial selection of the group.
I would also have Dr. J ahead of Pierce.

Scottie Pippen might be the best all around player from top to bottom on this list. Bron right there obviously. KD best scorer on the list. Pip also with the most championships on the list too.

Former Nets point guard Jason Kidd also made a top-5 list today, though not one of Kendrick Perkins’. Shawn Marion put Kidd as his starting point guard on his all-time starting five.
