Bill Belichick traded out of the first round and Patriots fans were so mad

Patriots fans weren’t happy to wait to hear the 23rd pick was traded.

The New England Patriots don’t usually make splashes in the NFL Draft, and 2020 carries that trend.

New England traded the No. 23 pick to the Los Angeles Chargers for a second-round pick (No. 37) and a third-round pick (No. 71). There were still solid players on the board like linebackers Patrick Queen and Kenneth Murray, but Bill Belichick wasn’t sold enough to make a move in the first round.

A few people were ready for this move before the draft began.

Patriots fans weren’t happy to wait and end up with nothing in the first round.
