Former New England Patriots tight end Rob Gronkowski hosted his first-ever Wrestlemania, and it’s safe to say that fans were a little bit underwhelmed.
This event, which spans over Saturday and Sunday, featured Gronk and friend Mojo Rawley hosting the event. Gronk threw in a couple of jokes throughout the course of the night, with one of the jokes being that he was “the right man for the job, because I know how to start a party on Saturday night and end it 30 hours later.”
Gronk is relatively new to the WWE scene, which could explain some of the awkward moments. Hopefully, the second day will go better for him. We have already seen him make quite a first impression on the WWE circuit last month, and I’m willing to bet we will see more of the same in the future.
Wait a minute… did that Gronk guy actually get paid for “hosting” #WrestleMania tonight?! Like, seriously now… ? #WWE

Ok.
That'll be enough GRONK and Mojo Jojo for one night.
Thank you. #WrestleMania #Wrestlemania36 @WWE

Gronk and Mojo are the worst thing to ever happen to WWE. #WrestleMania

WWE: "Wrestlemania will be hosted by the one and only Gronk!"

Nevertheless, this is proving that so far, the transition for Gronk from the National Football League to the WWE is not a seamless one. Nevertheless, as he has on the field many times, he will have a chance to bounce back.
