Check out the cap the Cardinals’ draft picks will wear (sometime)

The new draft cap is out and it looks pretty good.

The NFL draft will happen in 23 days but it will be different. Players will not come up to the podium, shake hands with the commissioner and put on the cap of their new team.

However, we now know what the draft caps will look like. As the draft was to be held in Las Vegas, the new designs are Vegas-inspired. They are dark with neon-like outlines for the logos and team slogan.

This is the cap for the Arizona Cardinals.

The question is who will be the players to wear it and when it will happen. We might not see the new Cardinals draft picks in a draft cap until they are introduced to the media and it might be via a video call.

Will it be receiver CeeDee Lamb? One of the big tackles — Andrew Thomas, Tristan Wirfs, Jedrick Wills or Mekhi Becton? Will it be linebacker Isaiah Simmons?

That we won’t know for a while.

In the meantime, here are the last few Cardinals first-round picks who were at the draft and put on their draft cap with the commissioner.
