Just recently, Philadelphia 76ers managing partner Josh Harris and the rest of the management group made a controversial decision to cut certain employee’s pay by 20%. After some reconsideration, they changed their stance on that and now they are making donations to help fight hunger during this time.
Philabundance is an organization that helps fight hunger in Philadelphia and Harris and co-partner David Blitzer are making a big donation to the organization to help during this time of need. With the outbreak of COVID-19 sweeping the world and forcing people to stay in their homes, some might go without food and that is where Philabundance comes in.
All-Star Ben Simmons and his work with the “Philly Pledge” has also played a part in this matter.

The world will get through this. It will take some time, but everyone must follow the guidelines put out by the CDC–Center for Disease Control–and stay inside. The more people stay inside, the quicker this can all be over with. [lawrence-related id=28509,28514,28499]
