Celtics All-Star forward Jayson Tatum answers fan questions on Twitter

Boston Celtics All-Star swingman Jayson Tatum took some time to answer fan questions on Twitter Thursday.

Boston Celtics All-Star forward Jayson Tatum decided to use some of his downtime to answer a few fan questions on Twitter Thursday.

Celtics players have increasingly been interacting with fans and each other on an assortment of social media platforms as the physical distancing required by the NBA has forced changes in their lives mirroring what is going on in the rest of the world.

The St. Louis native opened up on a number of subjects, such as his all-time favorite five NBA players — in no particular order.

“Mike” presumably refers to His Airness Michael Jordan, and Kareem Abdul-Jabbar, LeBron James, Kobe Bryant and Magic Johnson round out a Los Angeles-Lakers heavy list that might raise a few eyebrows among Boston fans.

Tatum revealed he wears his current jersey for an interesting reason related to a player sometimes nicknamed “Agent Zero”:

His favorite moment of his rookie season? Surprisingly, not dunking on LeBron:

And revealed just how close he remains with fellow Missourian Bradley Beal:

His favorite topping at popular at popular St. Louis-area pizzaria Imo’s?

His favorite thing to do when in his home town city? Not too much, surprisingly — evidently, the Duke product loves the quiet life.

Speaking of the Blue Devils, Tatum seems to have considered returning for a second season.

But even before that, his favorite high school game happened to have another NBA player in it:

He is also a fan of Lil’ Wayne — though asking for a favorite song is a tough out for most people:

He’s also really into being a dad:

And, like many, his favorite arena is the mecca — Madison Square Garden.
