Free agent cornerback Donovan Olumba has agreed to terms on a deal with the Browns. The 6-foot-1 cornerback is coming off a rookie season spent almost entirely on the Dallas Cowboys’ practice squad. He’s a 24-year-old undrafted player from Portland State who was cut by the Cowboys earlier this week.
