The league announced on Wednesday that NFL Game Pass access will be complimentary until May 31 to fans in the United States, and with all the time we have in the coming weeks as we quarantine and practice social distancing due to the coronavirus pandemic, we here at For The Win picked some contests you should definitely watch in full.
Here are our picks for some of the more thrilling games we’ve seen in the past decade:
1. The 28-3 game
As I prepared to write the worst-case scenarios for both Super Bowl teams this year, I re-watched the highlights (or lowlights, if you’re a Falcons fan) from Super Bowl LI … and my heart was pounding. As long as you’re not an Atlanta die-hard, this one is a must-watch for all NFL fans. — Charles Curtis
2. The 24-0 game
Remember that time the Houston Texans blew a 24-0 lead in the first half and lost a playoff game by allowing a 51-7 run to the Chiefs? It was only a few months ago, but it’s worth another watch … unless you’re a Texans fan. In that case, I’m so sorry — 2020 has been rough. — Andrew Joseph
3. 2013 Wild Card: Chiefs at Colts
A playoff game that ended with 89 total points on the board but was decided by just one, that also featured a young Andrew Luck having one of the best games of his career *and* a 28-point comeback for the ages? This is an easy choice. — Nick Schwartz
4. 2010: The Miracle in the Meadowlands II

Putting my Eagles fandom aside, this is probably one of the most exciting non-Super Bowl games I’ve ever watched. The Eagles basically scored 38 points in a 20 minute span to win a game in the most dramatic fashion possible with a punt return. It was basically DeSean Jackson, Mike Vick and Jeremy Maclin just doing things. SO. MUCH. FUN. — Mike Sykes
5. Eagles 59, Redskins 28
This game had no huge ramifications, other than being an NFC East rivalry game on with two teams looking to get into playoff contention. The storyline comng in was that Donovan McNabb had just signed a big contract extension with Washington, and was looking to do damage against his old team. It was Monday Night Football, so the country was watching.
And then Michael Vick just went and set the world alight.
Vick just KILLED Washington. It was 35-0 Eagles … nine seconds into the second quarter. Vick would finish with 333 yards passing, 80 yards rushing, and six total TDs. The game ended 59-28 but it was never that close. Why revisit a total blowout? Why not? While other games had more tension, sometimes it’s nice to just sit back and watch Vick absolutely dismantle a defense. — Nate Scott
