The Saints are finalizing a contract with free-agent safety Malcolm Jenkins, whose option for the 2020 season was not picked up by the Eagles earlier this week.

The 32-year-old compiled 81 tackles, 9 QB hits, 8 passes defended, 6 tackles for loss, 4 forced fumbles, and 2.5 sacks in 16 starts for Philadelphia in 2019.
