The Pittsburgh Steelers added another Watt brother when they signed former Los Angeles Chargers fullback Derek Watt on Tuesday.
The middle brother will be teaming up with the youngest brother, T.J., with the AFC North club. Meanwhile, J.J. Watt, the oldest Watt brother, will have a few challenges as he remains with the Houston Texans for the foreseeable future.
The three-time NFL Defensive Player of the Year expressed some of those challenges on Twitter Tuesday.
“Well this is very unfortunate in regards to the race for ‘favorite uncle’ for Derek’s son Logan,” Watt tweeted. “Also seems to put me at a severe disadvantage in the ‘Mom & Dad’s favorite team’ category.
“But damn it is awesome for Derek & T.J. Could not be happier for them and for Pittsburgh.”

The Texans will get a chance to face the Steelers in 2020 as Houston is slated to visit the six-time Super Bowl champions at Heinz Field.
