When the Jacksonville Jaguars take the field against their divisional rivals in the Houston Texans this upcoming season, they will have one less big-time threat to worry about. That threat’s name is DeAndre Hopkins, who was shockingly traded to Arizona Cardinals Monday afternoon for running back David Johnson, a 2020 second-round pick, and a 2021 fourth-rounder .
Cardinals get: WR DeAndre Hopkins and a 4th-round pick.
Texans get: RB David Johnson, a second-round pick and a 2021 fourth-round pick.

It goes without saying this was the news of the day as the Cardinals got away with a steal. With a young quarterback like Kyler Murray having a year of experience behind him, they should be significantly improved in 2020.
As for the Jags, their secondary (or the team in general) certainly won’t complain. Hopkins was somewhat successful against them during his time in Houston, accumulating 79 receptions against them for 930 yards and six touchdowns.
