One of the five teams that had played the Utah Jazz within a window of concern after players Rudy Gobert and Donovan Mitchell tested positive for the virus behind the global pandemic, there was concern the team might have been exposed to the virus responsible for suspending league activity for at least 30 days.
ESPN’s Ramona Shelburne reports that the Celtics join the Cleveland Cavaliers, Detroit Pistons, New York Knicks and Toronto Raptors in having no players demonstrating symptoms or testing positive for the virus.

While that doesn’t mean the any of the teams are safe from infection from other sources, it does at least help lower the level of concern for the well-being of players who came into contact with the Jazz organization over the last two weeks.
For now, there are no further plans than to re-evaluate the situation at the end of the 30-day period in April.
However, Brad Turner of the Los Angeles Times reports of a general sense that owners would like to try and salvage a postseason of some sort, even if it needs to happen in late June, July or perhaps August, gleaned in a recent conference call on the subject.
