Complete Cleveland Browns 2020 NFL Draft pick order

The Browns have seven picks but don’t pick in every round

With the announcement of all the compensatory picks earlier this week, we now know the draft slot for each and every pick in the 2020 NFL Draft. The Cleveland Browns, who received no comp picks as expected, hold seven picks in April’s draft in Las Vegas.

Cleveland does not have a pick in every round, however. The Browns traded away their fifth-round pick to the Buffalo Bills as part of the package to acquire guard Wyatt Teller.

The extra pick comes in the third round. Cleveland gets Houston’s compensatory pick, No. 97 overall, from the trade that sent RB Duke Johnson to the Texans.

Interestingly, the Browns hold picks in the final two rounds that don’t originally belong to them. Cleveland’s sixth-round pick is Arizona’s from the Jamar Taylor trade and is one slot above the Browns’ own. That pick conveyed to the Bills in the Teller trade. The seventh-rounder is swapped with Green Bay pick in that round from the trade involving OL Justin McCray.
