#Jets are pursuing a trade for Trent Williams, per @Connor_J_Hughes. That makes them the 5th reported team, joining the #Browns #Cardinals #Texans and #Chargers.

In the hours following the news that the Washington Redskins are allowing left tackle Trent Williams to seek a trade, a number of teams have popped up as potential landing spots for the seven-time Pro-Bowler.
The latest team to join the party is the New York Jets, who have had a tough time trying to find the right pieces to fit together on the offensive line. Other teams like the Cleveland Browns, Arizona Cardinals, Houston Texans, and Los Angeles Chargers have also popped up as well.
No matter who the Redskins end up trading Williams to, they will undoubtedly ask for fair compensation in return. That may be a valuable player, but seeing as player-to-player trades rarely happen in the NFL anymore, you can expect that a draft pick is more likely. While a first-round pick is obviously the most enticing, it’s more likely that a second or third-rounder is more realistic.
