Harmon is the No. 37 cornerback prospect in his class on the 247Sports Composite, and the No. 16 overall player in the state of Virginia.
Recently hired running backs coach Jay Graham is Harmon’s primary recruiter, with support from defensive backs coach and defensive coordinator Derrick Ansley.
Harmon is a highly recruited talent, with offers from South Carolina, Penn State, Ole Miss, Michigan, Ohio State and other Power 5 programs. Tennessee only has one defensive back prospect currently committed to the 2021 recruiting class, in 3-star Alabama cornerback Jay Jones.
