Los Angeles Lakers star LeBron James is making his return to the basketball floor for Saturday night’s game against the Memphis Grizzlies, which also afforded him an incredible opportunity to receive a gift from a dedicated fan in Memphis. Memphis has been a place where LeBron has received a lot of love over the years. Just last season, LeBron gave away a pair of his shoes to a Memphis locker room attendant and on Saturday night, that gift of shoes was returned to him at the FedEx Forum in Memphis. However, the ones that he got from a fan were special, hand-painted shoes that had images of James from over the years and represent his incredible career.
A fan in Memphis hand painted these sneakers and passed them on to Jared Dudley as he was heading to the locker room so he could hand them off to LeBron James as a gift. pic.twitter.com/j6G2UKrqr1

From the looks of the shoe, the fan did a custom version of the LeBron 16s from last season with special art all over the shoe. They not only did special art on the toe but it appears that they also dyed some of the battle-knit material on the shoe. Shout out to the artist for an amazing job.
