Cam Akers, RB, Florida State

Cam Akers had himself a day when it comes to the performance drills. He registered a 4.47 in the 40-yard dash and 20 reps in the bench press, which somewhat validates the mix of speed and strength he’s showcased on film. Many also liked his interview skills at the combine.

During his presser, Akers said he met with the Jags, and now that he’s made a case to be a first-round pick, they definitely would be elated if he was available in round two. With the uncertainty surrounding Leonard Fournette and his fifth-year option, Akers would be a great addition to the Jags who maybe looking to move on.
