The unexpected has become the ordinary for one of Oklahoma’s best receivers of all-time.

Those who watched CeeDee Lamb knew there was a chance to see something extraordinary. The Sooners used it to their advantage, putting Lamb in plenty of one-on-one matchups in order to utilize his all-world athleticism.

Lamb, who declared early for the NFL Draft after his junior season, proved worthy of his lauded NFL Draft buzz on Thursday. He finished his NFL Combine performance with one of his patented how-the-heck-did he catch that receptions during the fade drills.

The Oklahoma star’s craziest catch actually came on an incompletion, as Lamb twisted in mid-air and caught a ball one-handed with his finger tips against UCLA his sophomore season.

At the NFL Combine, Lamb ran a 4.5 40-yard dash, broad jumped 10-feet-3 and vertically jumped 34.5 inches from his standing reach.

There are plenty more crazy catches throughout his career. As a junior, Lamb added in an uncanny ability to get yards after the catch. Over his three years at Oklahoma, the 2019 Biletnikoff finalist caught 173 passes for 3,292 yards and a touchdown.

The NFL Draft, where Lamb has a chance to be the first wide receiver taken, will take place April 23-25 in Las Vegas, Nevada.
