Titans’ Mike Vrabel receives warm welcome at Predators game

The home crowd got the outcome they wanted, as the Predators pulled off the 4-3 victory in Bridgestone Arena.

Mike Vrabel is well-known for his accomplishments on the sidelines as the Tennessee Titans’ head coach — especially after the team’s unlikely run to the AFC Championship during the 2019 season.

It may be the offseason, but Vrabel is very much staying involved in sports — even if they don’t pertain to football.

Vrabel was in the house for Saturday’s hockey matchup between the Nashville Predators and the Columbus Blue Jackets.

The win was about as well-received as Vrabel himself, who was welcomed with a “big roar” from fans.

Apparently, former Titans coach Jeff Fisher was there as well.

Vrabel was donning plenty of Preds gear, even though not everyone believes that was the team he was truly rooting for.

Sports fans in Nashville will continue to keep an eye on what the Preds are accomplishing on the ice, but it won’t be long before attention is turned back to the Titans.

The team has some important needs to address and players fans would like to see them re-sign between the free agency period and the 2020 NFL Draft — both of which are looming.
