Fresh off of his appearance in the 2020 NBA Slam Dunk Contest at All-Star Weekend, Boston Celtics rookie Tacko Fall returned to his charming ways with a young fan.
5-year-old Max Amaral, the son of Boston 25 News sports producer Chad Amaral, recently sat down to interview Fall in Maine as the 7-foot-5 center re-joined the Red Claws in the G League. Fall was previously in Chicago, taking in the festivities and helping coach in the Basketball Without Borders Global Camp.
Max asked Fall a few questions, which will air each Tuesday in a special “Max & Tacko Tuesday” segment on the TV channel. In a clip posted to Twitter on Wednesday, Max and Fall went back-and-forth singing the remix to “Old Town Road” by Lil Nas X.

Fall has become a hit among fans this season with the Celtics.
He often earns standing ovations in Boston and even “M-V-P!” chants at times throughout the season. Fall was also among the frontcourt leaders in All-Star voting, placing sixth on the final fan returns.
