The PGA Tour is in Los Angeles this week for the annual stop at the legendary Rivieria Country Club and a number of big-name players are in the field, including Tiger Woods.
The Tour is paying tribute to Kobe Bryant this week with a special flag on the eighth hole, as well as a purple and gold 8 on the fairway leading up to the green.
Tiger, who was good friends with Kobe, paid his own little tribute to the former NBA star on that eighth hole.
Check out Tiger doing the “Kobe” while throwing his ball back to his caddie:

Tiger ended up birding the hole, too.
Other players also paid tribute to Kobe at Riviera on Thursday.

As soon as I knew I was going to play in The Genesis Invitational back in the fall I started working with @nike to showcase my love for Kobe. After his passing it felt even more surreal to pay homage and channel the ultimate #MambaMentality this week. pic.twitter.com/MohtPOBh4y
