SoFi Stadium, the $5 billion mega venue that will be shared by the Los Angeles Rams and Los Angeles Chargers during the upcoming NFL season, is 85 percent complete with a few months left before it is scheduled to open in July. The Rams shared a stunning four-year timelapse video of the stadium’s construction on YouTube. The site is scheduled to open in time for a Taylor Swift concert on July 25th, with the first football game in the stadium coming in August.
It was announced this week that SoFi Stadium will host WrestleMania 37 in 2021, and media members were invited to see the construction progress inside the venue. In the center of the stadium, workers are assembling a 70,000-square-foot circular scoreboard called “The Oculus.”
