With the Boston Celtics idle on Thursday night, rookie players Carsen Edwards, Tremont Waters and Tacko Fall are all expected to be with the Maine Red Claws in the G League.
Waters and Fall each played less than a minute with the Celtics on Wednesday in a 116-100 win over the Orlando Magic while Edwards did not play.
Waters and Edwards each last played with the Red Claws on Saturday as the team has been off in the meantime. Fall was last in the G League on Friday, recording 12 points and six rebounds.
The Red Claws tip-off on Thursday at 7 p.m. ET.

With the Celtics boasting such productive rookies, the Red Claws have emerged as one of the best teams in the G League after posting a 21-8 record, which is second-best in the Eastern Conference.
After Thursday, the Red Claws return to action on Saturday on the road against the Wisconsin Herd.
