Former UFC lightweight [autotag]Desmond Green[/autotag] is back behind bars.
The 30-year-old Green is in Broward County (Fla.) Jail after surrendering Wednesday for violating terms of his release while he awaited trial in a DUI manslaughter case, records show.
Green is accused of driving without a license, which is a felony in Florida after a third offense. Green was given traffic citations for running red lights on Sept. 4, Sept. 17, and Oct. 25, after he was ordered not to drive as a condition of his release. Green also had a $194,000 bond revoked.
Green awaits a DUI manslaughter trial stemming from a car crash on Aug. 18, 2018 that killed two women and injured several others on northbound I-75 in Pembroke Pines, Fla.

Green faces several charges stemming from the fatal incident, which included DUI causing serious bodily injury, DUI causing property damage, driving on a suspended license, and cannabis, cocaine and drug paraphernalia possession.
Green competed in the UFC from 2017 to 2019, compiling a record of 4-3 in the promotion. Green hold victories over notable names such as Ross Pearson, Josh Emmett and Gleison Tibau. He last fought in May 2019, where he outpointed Charles Jourdain in Green’s hometown of Rochester, N.Y. “The Predator” is 23-8 as a professional fighter.
