The Los Angeles Lakers are back on the court in just about an hour over in Philadelphia as they take on Ben Simmons and the 76ers. The Lakers will do so with their full squad in Saturday night’s ABC-televised affair.
Anthony Davis, Kyle Kuzma, and Rajon Rondo, who were all considered questionable coming into tonight’s game, will be available to play against Philadelphia, according to Lakers team reporter Mike Trudell. All three players played in Thursday night’s win against the Brooklyn Nets but their status for tonight’s game hadn’t been determined until Frank Vogel spoke to reporters 90 minutes prior to the game.
The Lakers are looking to win their third straight game tonight as they are also finishing a five-game road trip. With a victory, the Lakers would move to 4-1 on the trip with their lone loss coming on Monday night against the Brooklyn Nets.
While the Lakers do have their full squad, LeBron James is also just 18 points away from passing Kobe Bryant for No. 3 on the NBA’s All-Time scoring list.
