After unexpectedly taking the field in his first regular season game, it didn’t take long for Gardner Minshew II to develop a huge following in the NFL with his unique look. Of course, the center piece of it all is his legendary mustache, which became a popular topic in the 2019 season and helped him to become one of the league’s most recognizable faces.
Understanding his popularity, the rookie took to social media Friday with a rather weird offering. After finding the clippings of his first mustache from college, Minshew made an Instagram post stating that he’ll be selling the facial hair to any willing to buy. However, for those interested he also stated that it will run them $1million.
Of course, it appears Minshew was just kidding when looking at the cause he stated he’ll donate the money to: “The Human Fund.” That name may sound a little familiar to those who watch Seinfeld because it was a spoof charity made on the sitcom by George Costanza.
In about him exchanging , Costanza joked about his co-workers Christmas Cards that said they made a donation to “The Human Fund,” which is a nonexistent charity he made up.
