Darrelle Revis puts Richard Sherman’s defensive talents on blast

Darrelle Revis isn’t sure Richard Sherman is as great as many people think the Niners’ DB believe.

The man who created his own island isn’t overly wowed by the defensive play of Richard Sherman.

Seven-time Pro Bowler and one-time Super Bowl champ (XLIX, New England) took to Twitter after the 49ers downed the Packers, 37-20, and questioned the Niners’ DB’s elite playing ability.

The play on the Revis’ TV screen was a 65-yard pass from Aaron Rodgers to Davante Adams, which saw the Packer wideout burn Sherman … bad.

Rodgers’ pass was more amazing when you realized both his feet were off the ground when he released the ball.

A little later, Sherman sealed the victory by picking off Rodgers.
