2 Steelers withdraw from Pro Bowl

Two Steelers offensive players have withdrawn from the Pro Bowl.

One of the traditions of the Pro Bowl is the great migration of selections. The announcement comes out of all the players selected and then we see the gradual dropoff of veterans who are either still in the playoffs, have an injury or just cannot be bothered to attend.

The Pittsburgh Steelers have their first two cancellations but don’t be shocked if there are more to come. Center Maurkice Pouncey and guard David DeCastro have both announced they won’t be playing in the Pro Bowl and have been replaced on the roster.

Pittsburgh also had three more players selected who are still on course to play as of now. Safety Minkah Fitzpatrick, linebacker T.J. Watt and defensive tackle Cam Heyward were also voted to the Pro Bowl.
