The Dallas Cowboys may be getting embarrassed on national television, but the stats still accumulate. In the midst of a blowout loss to the Chicago Bears, wide recevier Amari Cooper has now surpassed 1,000 yards receiving for the first time in his career as a Dallas Cowboy.
Cooper reached the milestone on a 27-yard pass along the sideline in the fourth quarter.
Amari Cooper has now reached 1,000 receiving yards on the season. It is his fourth career 1,000 yard season – second consecutive – and first full 1,000-yard season as a Cowboy.

Folks around the league though the Cowboys were shafted by the Oakland Raiders as they exchanged a first-round pick for Cooper. All Cooper has done since being traded is put up over 1700 yards receiving and 13 touchdowns.
Entering tonight’s game Cooper only needed 29 yards to reach the mark and becomes the first Cowboys’ receiver to put up 1000 yards since Dez Bryant who had 1320 yards in 2014.
