Boston Celtics two-way rookie Tacko Fall recorded his third double-double of the season on Saturday night with 10 points and 11 rebounds as the Maine Red Claws defeated the Westchester Knicks.
Fall went 4-of-8 from the field and added one block while he has now scored in double figures in all five games this season with the Red Claws. Fall is now averaging 14.8 points, 9.4 rebounds and three blocks per game.
He is fourth in the G League in total blocks.
The Red Claws once again used Fall and his 7-foot-5 frame down low in the painted area to take advantage of smaller defenders. His teammates will often throw lobs down to him, which often leads to easy buckets.
Maine improved to the best start in franchise history at 5-0 as Bryce Brown led the way with 29 points while two-way rookie Tremont Waters added 24 points.

The Celtics have stated previously that they view the development of Fall as a priority. Fall is off to a strong start in the G League and looks to be transitioning well to the competition.
The Red Claws return to action on Monday against the Memphis Hustle.
