Andre Dillard will make the fourth start of his NFL career when he replaces Lane Johnson in the lineup for the Eagles’ game against the Seattle Seahawks. It’ll be the first time Dillard has ever played right tackle.
#Eagles rookie Andre Dillard, who is set to start Sunday against the #Seahawks in place of the injured Lane Johnson, said that he's never played right tackle in a game. Since age 14, it's only been left tackle.

Dillard was an All-American left tackle at Washington State, but this will be the first time he’s ever played right tackle in a game. Asked for comparison to describe the difference to reporters after practice on Friday, Dillard compared the experience to having to write with a different hand.
A reporter asked Andre Dillard about the transition from LT to RT.
Dillard: “which hand do your write with?”
Reporter: “Right”
Dillard: “Write with your left.”
Does Dillard’s lack of confidence worry you headed into Sunday’s matchup with Clowney? #Eagles

Johnson left the Eagles’ loss to the New England Patriots on Sunday with a concussion, and was still in the concussion protocol on Friday and has yet to be cleared to return.
