The Dallas Cowboys may have just landed the death blow in Sunday’s game against the Detroit Lions in the form of a screen pass to running back Ezekiel Elliott, capping off an 11 play, 84 yard drive that ate up nearly six minutes.
Under pressure, quarterback Dak Prescott had to get rid of the ball quicker than he would have liked, resulting in an errant pass. No matter, Elliott flashed his hands, catching his first touchdown pass of the season. Then, he broke into dance, imitating Prescott’s warm-up that’s been spreading around the internet in the last week.

With that play, Prescott has thrown for 393 yards and three touchdowns as the Cowboys have largely abandoned a running game that hasn’t been able to get traction. The Cowboys lead 35-21 after running back Tony Pollard converted the two point play.
