It’s the hardest thing to do in the NFL: Once you win a Super Bowl, winning another one the very next year is nearly impossible.

But it’s happened, eight times to be exact, although only once in the 21st century, proving that the tough salary cap, regression to the mean and the so-called Super Bowl hangover can be a problem for teams who win to do it all over again.

So: Will the Kansas City Chiefs join this elite list on Sunday with a Super Bowl 58 win over the San Francisco 49ers? We’ll find out. UPDATE: THEY DID!
