3. Peyton Manning (15-5 against the Jags)
Another shoo-in Hall-of-Famer joins this list as former Indianapolis Colts and Denver Broncos quarterback Peyton Manning ended his football career with an incredible 15-5 career record against Jacksonville. Of course, most of his damage came as a member of the Colts where he would spend 13 years of his career.
Manning’s last start against the Jaguars came as a member of the Broncos in 2013 where he would soundly beat them by a score of 35-19.
Manning retired after the 2015 season but his impact was definitely felt across the AFC South and the Jaguars felt every bit of it no matter which team he played for.
