6 WRs Titans should target on Day 2 of NFL draft

A look at WR six prospects the Titans should be interested in on Day 2 of the 2023 NFL draft.

After addressing one of their biggest needs in Round 1 of the 2023 NFL draft by selecting offensive tackle Peter Skoronski, the Tennessee Titans should be targeting a wide receiver on Day 2.

The wide receiver group is the weakest at the moment after the Titans failed to make an impact signing in free agency following a season in which Tennessee’s receiving corps. was arguably the worst in the NFL.

As things stand now, Treylon Burks, Kyle Philips, Nick Westbrook-Ikhine and Chris Moore are the top four, which is a big yikes and quite possibly worse than last year’s group..

But that can change on Day 2, where there are several intriguing prospects left on the board. There were a total of four wideouts taken on Day 1, a list that includes Jaxon Smith-Njigba (Seahawks), Zay Flowers Ravens, Jordan Addison (Vikings) and Quentin Johnston (Chargers) coming off the board.

Ideally, the Titans come away with one or more wide receivers who add speed and size to Ryan Tannehill’s list of weapons.

With that in mind, here’s a look at some of the top wideouts still available that the Titans should target to fill their needs. All six of them made Shaun Calderon’s top-10 receivers list ahead of the draft.
