Justin Herbert expected to suffer from shortened preseason

Due to the shortened preseason, Herbert will be missing valuable snaps to challenge Tyrod Taylor as the starting quarterback. Unless the rookie quarterback impresses the Chargers coaching staff in practice the Chiefs will most likely be taking Taylor on Week 2.
