Less than two months until the UCLA Bruins kick off their 2024 season. The Bruins and Rainbow Warriors are going to be a fun one to follow, along with the entire slate of games in College Football.
Today, we feature defensive lineman Tannen Vagle. The 6’2, 230lbs redshirt senior came to UCLA From Wheatland California. He played at Granite Bay High School, and also at Santa Monica College.
Vagle joined the Bruins in the fall camp of 2023. He was not able to see any game action a season ago. While at Santa Monica College, he was the defensive team captain. He was also named a 2021 all-league selection.
We asked @DeShaunFoster26 how students can #DoMore
One of his suggestions? Bring a friend (or two!) to the Rose Bowl 🤝

Of course, the big story for UCLA Football when the 2024 season starts is the beginning of the coaching career of DeShaun Foster. Foster is just 44 years old and played his College Football at UCLA, before heading to the NFL. In the NFL, he played for Carolina and San Francisco. He took over for Chip Kelly.
