Depth at WR is a problem
If there's a position of concern for the coaching staff, it's the wide receivers, Ron Rivera says.

Ron Rivera on if Washington needs to add more help at WR with Kelvin Harmon and Cody Latimer out: "It's something we're going to look at."

It was announced on Monday that WR Cody Latimer would be placed on the Commissioner’s Exempt List, meaning he will miss the upcoming season. It was announced earlier this month that WR Kelvin Harmon tore his ACL and would miss the upcoming season. Pass-catchers are dropping like flies in Washington, and at some point, they will need to do something to fill that void.
The coaching staff seems relatively comfortable with a trio of Terry McLaurin, Steven Sims, and Antonio Gandy-Golden going forward, but those three players have a total of two years of experience in the NFL combined. Getting a veteran into the lockerroom to help show these young players the way could be of great value to Washington, and Rivera says that possibility is there.
