The NBA trade deadline is mere hours away. Now is the time for teams to get serious about any type of deal that want to look into in order to really make a move up the ladder in the NBA.

The Philadelphia 76ers are considered a title contender to come out of the East, but they are also dealing with the injury to Joel Embiid. The big fella is set to miss at least a month after undergoing a procedure to fix his meniscus injury, but Philadelphia does expect him to return to the lineup before the regular season ends. Therefore, the Sixers expect to be buyers heading into the 3 p.m. EST deadline on Thursday.

While the Sixers certainly need a big man to fill in without Embiid, there is always a need for shooting on this team. Philadelphia could use a knockdown shooter who can spread the floor even more for Embiid and Tyrese Maxey.
