We are smack-dab in the middle of the offseason and OTAs and CBS Sports Pete Prisco has just come out with his Top 100 NFL Players of 2021 list. Five Seattle Seahawks players have made the cut, including quarterback Russell Wilson, who landed at No. 8 overall.
“He played loose and free early last season and had an MVP start,” Prisco writes of Wilson. “He cooled some down the stretch, but he remains capable of winning an MVP award.”
Seahawks’ wide receiver DK Metcalf was the next player up on the list, coming in at No. 39.
“Big, strong, fast and he’s only just really getting it going,” Prisco notes. “That’s downright scary. He averaged 15.7 per catch last season with 10 touchdowns.”
Three other Seahawks players made an appearance in Prisco’s top 100: linebacker Bobby Wagner at No. 41, safety Jamal Adams at No. 92, and wide receiver Tyler Lockett at No. 98.
