Last year, linebacker Cam Jones made some plays as a freshman at Indiana. This year he is making some more as he has 29 total tackles, four tackles for loss, two sacks, two pass deflections, a forced fumble, and an interception that was returned for a touchdown.
His versatility to be a problem all over the field when it comes to coverage, stopping the run and stopping the quarterback could confuse Michigan quarterback Shea Patterson on exactly what he is doing. Jones could have an impact on how the 18th ranked defense can perform against the Wolverines offense that has seemed to finally found their footing after struggling in the first half of the season.
